Our history

Founded in 2009, ATIO Export Quality was born to support small and medium-sized companies in their quest to raise their quality level, leading them on the journey of entering their products into the International market.

Through her expertise in Pet Food and bringing with her the networking and professional representativeness acquired in the companies where she passed, the founder Palova Dieter Marques started the company's first business in the area of Cargo Inspection.

Quickly, the company began to grow continuously and based on the relationship of trust established with customers, who sought in this faithful partnership, the support to reach new steps of quality and safety in their production processes.

Thus, the offer of services performed by ATIO has been increased, serving clients in the Adequacy for Management Systems and Preparation for Food Safety Certifications, Laboratories and Social Responsibility. Consequently, Consulting, Auditing and Training services have been consolidated, fostering the need for support also in the development of new markets.

The company's portfolio continues to grow, and today ATIO is linked as a SQF Licensed Training Center in Brazil. Another highlight is that through the excellent reputation in the Pet Food market, we are also building representativeness in the food market in general, which continues to grow among our new customers.

In 2022, due to its achievements, the company migrated to a new headquarters, the third in its history, larger and with the necessary capacity to house its team, which continues to add more specialists in our areas of activity.

This successful trajectory is only possible because the involvement with high-level delivery goes beyond commercial relations. It becomes a partnership of trust in the quest to overcome the challenges of excellence and continuous improvement. Result of a cohesive methodology, hard work and seriousness.

Palova Dieter Marques

Palova Dieter Marques

  • Graduated in Business Administration with a degree in Foreign Trade, Specialist in Quality Management for Competitiveness (MBA) by UNISINOS and Specialist in Food Microbiology (Postgraduate) by Feevale.
  • She worked in the food and wood industry as a manager in the quality area from 2000 to 2008. Managed the implementation process of the LEAN Manufacturing system, 5S ́s, ISO9001, GMP programs, HACCP, social responsibility among other projects.
  • In 2009 she started her own consulting company ATIO Export Quality Ltda which has national and international clients in the areas of foreign trade, quality, food safety and social responsibility. She worked for 5 years as a consultant and trainer for FUNDATEC, consultant, trainer and auditor for NSF International (food safety audits).
  • Currently, directly accompanies companies certified in food safety standards recognized by GFSI and Represents the international standard SQF Code of food safety in Brazil and LATAM.
Patrícia Heidrich do Amaral

Patrícia Heidrich do Amaral

  • Graduated in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and Specialist in Occupational Safety Engineering (Postgraduate) from Feevale. Worked in food and beverage analysis laboratories, participating in research projects that resulted in the publication of articles in the area of food microbiology in journals such as BrazilianJournal of Microbiology and Elsevier.
  • She worked in an internal laboratory of a food industry, as Laboratory Coordinator (physicochemical and microbiological) for quality control. Throughout her career, she has worked on several projects to implement GMP, HACCP, implementation of food safety standards recognized by GFSI, among other projects.
  • Since 2015 she has been working as a consultant, trainer, lead auditor, independent auditor with OC, and technical manager in the food industry. Currently serves certified food industries and in the implementation phase of quality and food safety standards recognized by GFSI, and ISO 17025 in those companies that have an internal laboratory.
Márcia Capellão de Paula

Márcia Capellão de Paula

  • Graduated in Food Engineering from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos - UNISINOS, specialist in Food Quality.
  • Experience and skill in the elaboration of Standard Operating Procedures, Good Practices Manual, Hazard Analysis and Points plan.
  • Critical Control Points (HACCP) and other documents related to quality management.
  • Professional with more than fifteen years of experience in the area of quality management, developed in medium and large companies in various segments.
Mariana Nunes Dutra

Mariana Nunes Dutra

  • Graduated in Food Engineering from UFRGS, with part of the degree completed at AGROSUP, Dijon (France) and postgraduate degree (MBA) in Food Safety from IPOG.
  • Experience in cereal, cookie, jam and confectionery processing industries in the area of management, quality and production.
  • Currently works as an auditor, trainer and consultant serving companies certified and in the process of implementing food safety standards recognized by GFSI.
Juliana Nichele Kich

Juliana Nichele Kich

  • Graduated in Chemistry from UPF, in Gastronomy from PUCRS, Master in Soil Science from the Faculty of Agronomy of UFRGS and MBA in ESG from IBMEC in progress.
  • CNPq researcher participating in the Sustainable Technologies Project for sanitary sewage treatment and agricultural reuse - at the Hydraulic Research Institute (IPH) of UFRGS.
  • He worked for six years as a Quality Analyst at the Federal Laboratory for Agricultural Defense of RS (LFDA-RS / MAPA). Worked for six years in the Quality Coordination sector of LABELO-PUCRS, responsible for more than 40 laboratories accredited by Cgcre (Inmetro). She has been acting since 2012 as a leading evaluator of the RS Metrological Network to carry out external evaluations for recognition in ISO 17025.
  • She also currently works as an internal auditor and consultant in ISO 17025 in environmental testing laboratories and internal laboratories in the food industry.
Karine Algayer

Karine Algayer

  • Graduated in Business Administration with a major in Hospital Management and in Business Administration with a major in Business Management, from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos - UNISINOS.
  • Experience in financial control, management of third parties and administrative routines of private companies. She has more than twenty years of experience in the financial administrative area of small and medium-sized companies, in various market segments.
  • Currently works as a management facilitator for small and medium-sized companies, and for self-employed professionals.
